Please let the representative know, on the initial contact if the cleaning will be done in a walk up. We will then need to provide and extra person for that. We do ask that you remove all breakables, valuables and boxes away from the cleaning and surrounding areas. During the in home rug cleaning we do ask that you keep shoes, small children and pets off the rug. They may transfer soil to your newly cleaned rug. Please do not rearrange any furniture for 24- 48 hours after cleaning to minimize occurrences of varnish stains on the clean rug from your wood floors. If a stain is not removed or seems to come back (very rare) please contact us immediately. We will execute the best cleaning for you at the best price. We will do our very best to get out older stains but it may take some work.
